Nabarroasked the Minister of Transport what steps she proposes to take to remove the brow from Longdon Hill between Evesham and Broadway on the A44, which is a dangerous point on a trunk route; and whether she will give authority for this work of road improvement, estimated to cost £100,000, to be carried out during the year 1968–69.
§ Mr. CarmichaelThe Worcestershire County Council, as highway authority, is examining alternative schemes. We expect to be able to authorise a start of works in 1969–70.
