§ Mr. CarmichaelMy right hon. Friend has agreed to lend £5 million in respect of the new entrance lock at Leith; £3.9 million of this has been advanced. Loans to the British Transport Docks Board are made in relation to their approved overall capital requirements; of their total capital investment of £41.4 million during the period £3.0 million was in respect of Scotland.
