§ 53. Mr. Oakesasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government when he plans to repeal the Small Tenements Recovery Act, 1838 by virtue of the power given to him under Section 35(5) of the Rent Act, 1965 in order to give security of tenure to tenants of council houses.
