§ Mrs. Ewingasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what estimate he has made of the cost of extending legal aid to the 50 to 60 average percentage of cases a year in the Scottish Land Court in which legal aid would be appropriate.
§ Mr. RossI have made no estimate of the cost of extending legal aid to cases before the Scottish Land Court since, in present circumstances, there is no prospect of funds being made available for this purpose.
