§ Mr. Bruce-Gardyneasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer what estimate he has made of the percentage increase in costs for manufacturing industry in Scotland and in England, respectively, resulting from changes in duties on hydrocarbon oils and in vehicle excise licence rates introduced since October, 1964, including those proposed in his latest Budget.
