210Wtwo, the disagreement was on policy grounds and the relevant weight to be attached to facts found by the Inspector. In only one case was further advice received after the inquiry from the Chief Investigator of Historic Buildings; and, after putting this advice to the parties, my right hon. Friend disagreed with the Inspector. He has now arranged that, in the relatively rare cases where this kind of issue might arise, an Investigator should sit as an Assessor at the inquiry.
