Mr. Graham Pageasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government in what proportion of objections to building preservation orders in the last six months he has disagreed with his inspector; and whether he will ensure that officials who advise him in such cases in future inspect the building concerned, and that their opinion is made available before or at the public inquiry in order to save costs.
