§ 67. Sir D. Walker-Smithasked the Attorney-General whether he will give his consent for a prosecution under Section 2 of the Public Order Act, 1936 of the 141W members or adherents of the associations which organised and trained or equipped persons participating in the display of physical force in Grosvenor Square on Sunday, 17th March.
§ The Attorney-GeneralCriminal proceedings are pending against certain individuals in connection with this demonstration. I have requested that the Police should investigate, and report to the Director of Public Prosecutions any evidence which is available for him to consider in relation to possible proceedings under Section 2 of the Public Order Act, 1936.
