Mr. Brewisasked the Prime Minister whether he will make it the Government's normal practice in future to consult with the Confederation of British Industry, the leaders of the Trades Union Congress and the National 78W Economic Development Council before introducing any new nationalisation measures, so as to ascertain their effect upon the cost of production of goods for export.
