§ Q11. Mr. Dalyellasked the Prime Minister if, in view 'of the fact that the Microbiological Research Establishment at Porton is for defensive purposes, he will transfer responsibility for it either to the Ministry of Health or to the Medical Research Council, from the Ministry of Defence.
