§ Mr. MacCollMy right hon. Friend seeps to ensure that housing authorities make' suitable provision for children's play but he does not at present require that any of this should be indoors. A recent' sample survey showed that about one-sixth of the authorities in the sample provided covered play space in schemes containing flats.
