§ Mr. James Davidsonasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will make public the plans for traffic movement and parking submitted to him in due course in response to Scottish Development Department Circular R.177, in order that the public may have an opportunity to make comments, criticisms, and suggestions before the plans are implemented, altered, or shelved.
§ Mr. RossPublicity for these plans is a matter for individual local authorities, and I have asked councils to consult widely before submitting them.
