Beamishasked the Minister of Transport how many copies of Circular Roads No. 7/68 were sent to authorities directly concerned with motorways and trunk roads and to authorities concerned only with the maintenance and improvement of unclassified roads to which this circular made no reference and was irrelevant, respectively; and if she will take steps to prevent the waste of time and money involved in sending circulars to authorities with no concern in the subject matter.
§ Mr. CarmichaelIn addition to being sent to some 400 authorities who were involved, I regret that this circular was also sent in error to about 450 authorities to whom it was of no interest.
