§ Mr. William Edwardsasked the Secretary of State for Wales whether in considering suitable sites for the administrative centre of the proposed Gwynedd Authority, he will take into account the claims of Bala as a centre for all or some major services in accordance with his undertaking to encourage the development of one of the existing towns in Mid-Wales.
§ Mr. Cledwyn HughesThe administrative centres for the new local authorities will be decided by the new councils themselves.
