§ Mr. Denis HowellA list of grants made to national voluntary youth organisations in respect of their headquarters administration and of special grants, respectively, is given in Appendix A of the Department's Annual Reports. These grants do not distinguish between the voluntary service content of an organisation's work or projects and that which is concerned with the youth service generally.
