§ Mr. SwinglerUnder the provisions of the Restrictive Trade Practices Act, 1956, matters arising from the existence or alleged existence of restrictive trading agreements fall to be dealt with not by the Monopolies Commission but by the Restrictive Practices Court. The action to be taken in any particular case of this nature is a matter for the Registrar of Restrictive Trading Agreements.
