asked the Postmaster-General in view of the fact that the maximum standard size of envelopes will be 4¾ inches by 9¼ inches and that the size will be inappropriate for pamphlets for which it will be necessary to pay an extra 2d., if he will amend the regulations to allow this type of mail to be sent at a lower rate of postage for the benefit of business and voluntary organisations.
