§ Mr. Buchanan-Smithasked the Secretary of State for Scotland, if he will accept cow kennels as eligible for the Farm Improvement Scheme Grant; and if he will accept cow kennels and milking parlours as an approved method of milk production.
§ Mr. RossCow kennels of approved construction have been eligible for grant since 1966. It is for local authorities to determine whether cow kennels as well as milking parlours have to be approved under their dairy byelaws.
