§ Mr. Gwynfor Evansasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he will give his estimate of the loss caused to Welsh farmers by the Government's decision to withdraw free milk from secondary schools and the consequent necessity of selling that milk at the manufacturing rate.
