§ Mr. RossThe Government's plans for the raising of the school-leaving age in Scotland remain substantially unchanged. The necessary preparations, 87W in terms of building, staff and curriculum, will go forward in relation to 1972–73, subject to the initial adjustment to the building programme already announced.
