§ Mrs. Gwyneth DunwoodyAn additional 13 acres has just been purchased to extend the existing industrial estate at Houghton-le-Spring. Negotiations have been started to acquire 46 acres at100W Rainton Bridge, in my hon. Friend's constituency, and 43 acres at Pennywell, Sunderland, which is outside it.
