§ Mr. MellishNo. Sand and gravel are not subject to the Early Warning arrangements. There is however a system of price review, operated in conjunction with the Sand and Gravel Association. This has not so far disclosed any general price movement over the country as a whole, although there have been some local increases, particularly in the North-West.
