asked the Secretary of State for Defence what will be the net increase of Service personnel returning to this country over each of the next four years; what will be the peak numbers; and what temporary accommodation will be available before the final rundown.

As regards the first two parts of the Question, I have nothing to add to the statement made by my right hon. Friend in the Foreign Affairs debate on 25th January, 1967 [Vol. 757, c. 620]. I expect sufficient temporary accommodation will be available, if any is required.
