§ Mr. J. P. W. MallalieuI regret that in an Answer on 22nd November my right hon. Friend gave the hon. Gentleman a figure of 7.7 per cent. for the first eight months of 1967 which was incorrectly calculated. This should have been 11.6 per cent.
