§ Miss BaconThe salary addition is to be at a flat rate of£75 per annum for qualified teachers at all salary levels and the schools have not yet been designated. It is not therefore possible to give a percentage increase. The addition is not related to the productivity of the teachers, which cannot in any case be precisely measured.
