§ Mr. Denis HowellMy Department already provide assistance in this field by way of annual grants to the Royal Life Saving Association and the Surf Life Saving Association of Great Britain. As regards this particular project it is understood that the sponsors are in consultation with Port Talbot Borough Council who, in common with all other local authorities, have discretionary powers too support voluntary bodies concerned with the promotion of water safety.
