§ Mr. J. W. P. MallalieuThe cannon are in the legal possession of the Receiver of Wreck for the Isles of Scilly. If no claim to ownership is established within one year from the date on which the Receiver took possession they will be sold as prescribed in the Merchant Shipping Acts.
