§ Mr. Roy JenkinsOur rate of growth in the coming period, and therefore our contribution to the O.E.C.D.'s target for the O.E.C.D. countries collectively, must depend upon the extent of our success in achieving an increase of exports. Between 1960 and 1965 the real gross national product of the United Kingdom, at market prices, grew at an average annual rate of about 3½ per cent.
