Mr. Ted Fletcherasked the Minister of Power whether he is aware that the management of Stewarts and Lloyds are still continuing to deal with the staff association on the same range of subjects as before nationalisation; and, in view of the fact that this is contrary to the policy of the British Steel Corporation to discontinue staff associations, if he will direct that only trade unions are to be recognised for negotiating purposes in the industry.
