§ Mr. SkeffingtonI assume the hon. Member is referring to the proposal for a national rate of pay for school crossing patrols. This is not being reviewed by the National Board for Prices and Incomes but has been notified to my right hon. Friend under the "early warning" arrangements. My right hon. Friend expects to be able to give a decision very shortly.
