§ Mr. Juddasked the Secretary of State for Commonwealth Affairs whether he will publish the terms of the extradition treaty negotiated with South Africa as related to Swaziland.
§ Mr. WhitlockThe Government of Swaziland are currently in direct negotiation with the Government of South Africa under authority entrusted to them for the purpose. If, on completion of these negotiations, further authority is delegated to the Government of Swaziland to enter into a treaty, and a treaty is signed before Swaziland becomes independent, I shall arrange for the text to be placed in the Library.
