§ Mr. GreenwoodThe Chief Alkali Inspector has reported that recently sea mists have hindered the normal dispersion of industrial emissions. The reasons for the occurrence of these mists, which are not frequent, are being examined by scientific experts and future action will be decided in the light of their findings.
