§ Mr. MasonProspective changes in directory structure were referred to in the Post Office Annual Report for 1965–66 and the proposals for London were mentioned in the Report for 1966–67. These Reports were presented to Parliament.
It would have been premature for me to make a statement at an earlier stage.
