§ Mr. Joseph SlaterThere is no general deterioration; but some letters addressed to Arthington and Pool-in-Wharfedale have been delayed because of missorting. We plan to reduce these mistakes by improving the postal addresses. I am confident that the local management will continue to look for improvements in all services within their control.
