§ Mr. RossZetland County Council has decided on revised proposals providing for the new road to cross Lang Sound by a low-level bridge, instead of a high-level bridge as originally planned. The Council's application for the necessary navigational consent is now being considered by my right hon. Friend the President of the Board of Trade.
