§ Mrs. Shirley WilliamsA wide range of studies on the biological effects of asbestos is continuing under the auspices of the Medical Research Council and in university departments. The scientific workers concerned will be aware of the recent report of the finding of asbestos fibres in beer and this will be followed up as necessary.
