§ 87. Dame Irene Wardasked the Minister of Transport if he will give an assurance that the pensions of railway superannuitants will be protected in future railway legislation.
§ Mr. CarmichaelClause 131 of the Transport Bill relating to pension does not disturb the existing responsibilities of the Railways Board towards its super-annuitants. No further provision is therefore necessary.
