§ Dr. David OwenThe latest available figures which are given below are based on the return rendered to the Department of Employment and Productivity for incorporation in national figures for occupational earnings during the week ended 14th June. The figures relate to male adult industrial employees in the ship repair and engineering departments who were at work during the week. Those employed in the Naval Store Depot and the Port Auxiliary Service are therefore excluded.
