§ Mr. Tam Dalyellasked the Secretary of State for Scotland how many of the 240,000 suits ordered by Her Majesty's Government on behalf of the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation, as protection against chemical or microbiological warfare, are being sewn by prisoners at Her Majesty's Prison, Perth.
§ Mr. Ross28,000 suits (chemical and biological) are being made up by prison labour at Perth Prison under a contract between my Department and the Ministry of Defence.
