Her Majesty's Government, whilst sympathising with the aims of the Dachau Memorial Appeal Fund, have felt unable to subscribe because, owing to the very large number of appeals received for 10W deserving causes, it is necessary as a rule to confine Government aid to those more directly linked with the United Kingdom.
