§ 13. Mr. Newensasked the Minister of Overseas Development what plans he has for the expansion of the Home-base Appointments Scheme, with particular reference to agriculture.
§ Mr. OramThe generous provision made when the home-base scheme was introduced in 1965 has so far proved adequate. I shall not hesitate to consider the need for expansion should the overseas demand in agriculture or any other field justify it.
