§ Mr. William RodgersThe expenditure of United Kingdom residents on holidays abroad in 1967 is estimated to have been about£19 per person per week; this figure does not include international fare payments, estimates of which are not yet available. For holidays at home the British Travel Association estimates that the average expenditure on main holidays of four days or more was about£12-£15 per person per week, including fares.
