Mr. Kitsonasked the Minister of Health if he is aware that the allocation for beds in hospitals for the mentally subnormal in the Newcastle Regional Hospital Board's area is disproportionate; and if he will not reorganise the catchment areas for existing beds until additional beds are available in 1970.
