§ 53. Mr. Peter Jacksonasked the Minister of Health whether he is aware that the Richmond Borough Council have refused to provide family planning services under the terms of the recent Act; and whether he will now exercise his reserve powers to ensure the provision of such services in the Richmond area.
§ Mr. SnowI understand that the Council provide clinic premises free to the Family Planning Association, and that they are considering a number of proposals for the future expansion of the service.
