§ Mr. Lomasasked the Minister of Public Building and Works, how many times the lift at Bridge Street has been reported 183W out of action in the last six months; and if he will take action to reduce inconvenience caused to hon. Members who have desk rooms in that building.
§ Mr. MellishThe lift has been reported out of order on five occasions. On three of these, the lift was found to be working again when the lift fitter arrived. On the other two occasions, the lift had stopped because the users had not closed the landing doors properly.
