169WThis is Part II of the application form for first examination of a motor vehicle under the Goods Vehicle Plating and Testing scheme. Copies have been distributed to vehicle operators for use for voluntary testing and pre-registration of vehicles pending the start of the scheme on 1st October. The form has had to be revised because of the delay in the start of the scheme which I announced on 18th April, but it would be impracticable to reduce its size.
