§ Mr. MarshThe Saxmundham by-pass is still competing with other highway improvement schemes throughout the country for a place in our trunk road preparation pool. When it has secured a place we shall start the preparatory work which will enable us to decide in what year construction should start. I cannot at present forecast when this might be.
