§ Mr. Goronwy RobertsBritain, France, Germany and Italy affixed their signatures to the Agreement concluded at Munich on 29th September, 1938 and therefore they remain signatories to it. However, as the French, Italian and Federal German Governments, as well as we ourselves, have made clear at various times, none of us regards the Agreement as remaining in force.
