Mr. Wingfield Digby

asked the President of the Board of Trade whether he will request the oil companies not to carry out transfers between tankers at sea in Lyme Bay owing to the risk of contaminating holiday beaches, in view of the danger of oil leaks through pipes bursting from time to time.
