Mr. Harry Howarthasked the President of the Board of Trade if he is aware of the continued nuisance which is caused by flying operations and aerobatics at Sywell Aerodrome during weekends, and that the complaints of residents and of the Mears Ashby Parish Council have not been satisfactorily met by the airport owners; and what action he will take.
§ Mr. William RodgersI am aware that flying operations and aerobatics are continuing at Sywell during weekends but we have no power to control the manner in which aircraft are flown solely for the purpose of protecting amenities.
